Biography

Cassandra received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Nebraska-Kearney, graduating Summe Cum Laude in 2021. In 2024 she received her law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law, graduating with distinction. During her time in law school, she was a member of various student organizations and participated in the college’s Estate Planning Clinic where she prepared Simple Wills and Power of Attorney documents for those in need with a special focus on assisting veterans.

            Following her graduation from law school, Cassandra relocated to Colorado where she has been admitted to practice law. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.

            Cassandra joined Beck, Payne, Frank & Piper as an associate attorney in 2024 and currently practices in the areas of estate planning, trusts, probate, real estate and business planning.
