LARGE LOSS & COMPLEX SUBROGATION

Colorado Large Loss Subrogation Attorneys
While much of subrogation recovery work involves high-volume, smaller claims, our attorneys also have experience successfully resolving multi-million dollar subrogation matters. We bring the same efficient, results-oriented approach to large and complex claims as we do to smaller ones, scaled appropriately to the stakes involved.

What Makes a Claim "Large Loss"
Large loss subrogation claims often involve significant property damage or business interruption losses, multiple defendants or insurers, complex causation issues requiring multiple experts, and substantial discovery and litigation.

Our Approach to Complex Claims
For large or complex claims, we work closely with carriers from the earliest stages of investigation, helping to identify all potentially responsible parties and applicable insurance coverage, coordinate expert investigations across multiple disciplines (engineering, fire investigation, accounting for business interruption losses, etc.), and develop a litigation strategy designed to maximize recovery while managing costs.

A Small Firm with Big-Claim Experience
As a smaller firm, we're able to give large claims the individualized attention they require, without the overhead and inefficiencies that can come with larger firms. Our attorneys have successfully resolved multi-million dollar subrogation claims and bring that experience to every large loss matter we handle.
