Biography
Kenneth Frank is a 1983 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder where he received a B.A. in Economics with distinction, and was the recipient of both the Regents’ Scholarship and the Dean’s Scholarship. Ken is a 1986 graduate of the University of Denver College of Law where he was student editor of the Administrative Law Review. While attending law school, he worked as a law clerk for a Denver litigation firm. He joined Beck, Payne, Frank & Piper, P.C., in 1988. Ken has extensive experience with United States Small Business Administration loans, loan documentation and loan workouts, business formation, creditor representation, and foreclosures. He specializes in the areas of real estate, including foreclosures, commercial contracts, lender representation, general corporate and commercial, creditor representation and bankruptcy matters. |
